LCM Speech Festival 2022 的注意事項

Important Notice

 

1. 參賽者需要在比賽開始前20分鐘到達並向大會報到,主辦單位有權拒絕遲到的同學參賽。

Performers should arrive their event start time, latecomer may be disqualified.

 

2. 所有參賽者必須帶同身份證明文件,例如護照、出生證明,學生手冊等等,未能出示證明者將有機會被取消參賽資格。

All performers should bring personal ID with them for the registration process – birth certificate, passport, school handbook, etc, are        acceptable. If ID is not presented, the performer may be disqualified.

 

3. 所有進入學校的人士(包括成人或小童)必須提供當日新冠肺炎的快速抗原測試陰性結果，並自行於網上申報結果。網上申報連結:

Every single person (adults and children) entering the venue must do a RAT test in advance before being permitted to enter. The RAT test must be done on the same day as the performer’s event, and details must be submitted via https://airtable.com/shrnEL2OYGza8WMry . The photo of the result must show the date and time of the test as well as the person’s full name according to their HKID

 

4. 凡年滿12歲的人士必須符合政府疫苗通行證的要求，使用安心出行並出示疫苗接種紀錄或豁免證明書二維碼(即俗稱藍碼)以供掃描。

All persons aged 12 or above entering the venue must fulfil the COVID-19 vaccination requirements according to Vaccine Pass Direction, scan the Leave Home Safe code, and scan the relevant QR code by using the QR Code Verification Scanner

 

5. 由於防疫及政府要求, 所有參賽者只能由一位成年人陪同進入學校範圍, 並全程由該名成人陪同及照顧。其他同行人士必須於學校範圍以外等候。

Only 1 adult caregiver is permitted to accompany each performer. No other adults or children will be permitted to enter the venue at any time

 

6. 如家長/照顧者因未能符合疫苗通行證等要求而被拒絕進入比賽場地，參賽將被取消參賽資格。

All children must be accompanied by their own adult caregiver. Should the adult not be permitted entry for any reason, the child may not enter on their own and may be disqualified if they cannot participate.
